English Go! Account and Data Deletion

Uygulama içinden silme

English Go! uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
Profil ekranına gidin ve ayarlar/gizlilik bölümünü açın.
Hesabı kalıcı sil seçeneğine dokunun.
İstenirse şifrenizi doğrulayın ve silme işlemini onaylayın.

Bu işlem tamamlandığında hesabınız uygulamadan çıkış yapar ve hesap verileriniz kalıcı silme akışına alınır.

Delete from inside the app

Open English Go! and sign in to your account.
Go to your Profile screen and open the settings/privacy area.
Tap Delete account permanently.
Verify your password if requested, then confirm deletion.

After completion, you will be signed out and your account data will be processed for permanent deletion.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız / If you cannot access the app

Uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorsanız, hesap silme talebinizi e-posta ile gönderebilirsiniz. Lütfen hesabınızda kullandığınız e-posta adresini veya profilinizde görünen kullanıcı ID'sini yazın. Şifrenizi asla göndermeyin.

If you cannot sign in to the app, you can request deletion by email. Include the email address used for your English Go! account or your public user ID. Do not send your password.

Request account deletion by email

Ownership may be verified before deletion. Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification, unless a limited retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or purchase records.

Account, profile, email, UID, and public profile records
Learning progress, streaks, scores, saved words, and app preferences
Follow/friend links, notifications, and chat references
User-owned posts, comments, likes, rooms, and report content
User-owned uploaded voice or media files

Saklanabilecek sınırlı veriler / Limited retained data

Bazı kayıtlar güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, yasal yükümlülükler, ödeme/satın alma doğrulaması veya kötüye kullanım incelemeleri için sınırlı süre saklanabilir. Toplu ve kimliksizleştirilmiş istatistikler hesap silindikten sonra kişisel hesapla ilişkilendirilmeden kalabilir.

Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase verification, or abuse investigations. Aggregated or anonymized statistics may remain after deletion without being linked to the personal account.
